These are the Annual Events sponsored by the Woodland Parents Club. Part of our mission is to provide fun family activities that bring the community together.
Muffins for Moms & Donuts for Dads: This event provides the opportunity for our students to thank the parents/guardians that enrich their lives. Volunteers will help set-up, serve, and clean-up for this event.
Family Fun Night: This is our largest fundraising event and generates over 1⁄4 of our operating funds. Volunteers will develop games, order prizes, set-up, and tear down the event. Committee members need to market the event, seek donations, obtain silent auction/raffle items, and manage volunteers.
Field Day: This event occurs every year and allows the students to spend one last day having fun together. The WPC assists with the event and provides snacks.
Walleye Night: This is an annual fundraising event where Woodland students and community can receive special event pricing. During the game, volunteers work the chuck-a-puck table. A portion of the proceeds are given to the Woodland Parents’ Club. Chair is needed to coordinate with Toledo Walleye and Volunteers.
Staff Appreciation: This event provides the Woodland staff with Thank you events and gifts throughout the year. Our teachers are dedicated to our students and this is our way to say THANKS.Volunteers are needed to assist with luncheons, baking items, donations, etc.
Volunteer Appreciation: This allows the WPC the opportunity to say Thank you to all of the volunteers that tirelessly devote their free time to make our school GREAT.
Family Dance: Gives our families the chance to come together to dance, socialize, and have a good time. Volunteers are needed to set-up, take down, and work the event.
